Begin Application- Begin by giving us some general information about your home financing needs.

Property Information - We ask for information about the property you want to purchase or refinance.

Borrower Information - You can securely provide information about yourself and others who will be applying for the loan. We require general information for each applicant, so we can gather credit information. This helps us to accurately evaluate which loan programs meet your financing needs.

Employment/Income - We gather general information about your employment and any other income you receive.

Assets/Liabilities - Depending on the type of loan you want, we might ask you to provide information about assets such as checking and savings accounts and personal property. We might also ask about current debt such as credit cards, installment loans, and mortgages.

Loan Selection - Based on the information you provide, we'll help you identify which or our  loan programs are best for you.

Submit - The final step of the application process!

Home Equity Line of Credit only available for owner-occupied primary residences, second homes, and vacation homesin California.

Home Equity Loans (fixed rate second mortgage) available as a second trust deed only for propertiesin Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Utah.
